This was quite an amazing movie. A courtroom drama with a twist. You don't get to see the trial. You don't get to see the background of the accused, the witnesses or the jurors. You go into this blind and learn as you go on. Even though this is an amazing story, it is the actors who really bring the characters to life. It seemed as if the actors were cast perfectly for their roles and they all have brought a great deal of intensity to this movie, which i turn really helped the intensity of this movie. The story was simple. Eleven to one to find a kid guilty of murdering his father. But as the story goes on, the more complex the story is. You really have to pay attention. If you miss something, you have to go back and check it out again. Thuis movie also shows that you do not need a big budget to make an awesome movie. All you need is a great script, with some great dialogue. What is really scary, is that I am sure that a jury is like this. These characters are like real people that we all know, people we can identify with. An excellent character study, a movie with great intensity, awesome acting and a movie I could just not turn away from, I give 12 Angry Men a ten and highly recommend this to anyone looking for something a little different.
