After being sent to the electric chair, a serial killer uses electricity to come back from the dead and carry out his vengeance on the football player who turned him in to the police.
Rating:4/10 This was a lame attempt for Wes Craven. The only thing that was postive about this movie was Mitch Pileggi as Horace Pinker. Pinker has a lot of the same qualities as Freddy Krueger, another creation by Craven. But Pileggi was very good. He was very creepy. He gave you the vibe that you didn't even wanna walk on the same side of the street as him. Pileggi played the role with quite an intensity. To balance Pileggi, there was Peter Berg. Berg was so annoying. He was acting like a piece of wood. He just didn't have the intensity to match with Pileggi, even though he tried. The subplot with the dead girlfriend was very poor and made the movie even harder to watch. Several of the scenes are flawed along with the story, which gets very annoying during the chase scene in the telvision shows. It wasn't that enjoyable of a movie.
