Outside Providence is a highly underrated movie. It had some great comedic moments and it also has some very touching moments as well. This is a great coming of age movie. The soundtrack was also very memorable. The acting was very good as well. This was Shawn Hatosy's best performance that I have seen. I haven't seen too many of his movies, but he does a real good job here as well as the rest of the cast. It also seems that I own just about every Amy Smart movie without realizing that she is in these movies. She is also a highly underrated actress as well. I also loved the chemistry between Shawn Hatosy and Alec Baldwin. Baldwin was great as the old man. I really loved the touching ending between the two. This movie had all kinds of great elements that worked well all the way around. Good movie all the way around, that was highly enjoyable.
