Sidney visits the set of "Stab 3," after pictures of her mother become the clue to a series of murders around Hollywood.
Rating:5/10 When Scream 3 started the way it did, I thought that this was going to be good. It started off with a bang. After the opening scene though, the movie fell apart. The characters were not likable, which was quite different from the other two movies because the characters were so likable. Even the returning characters in this movie seemed quite dull and boring. The new cast members didn't help all that much either. The only one that stood out was Parker Posey. The rest of the cast was just disappointing. There were some bright spots to this film though. We got a quick cameo from Jay and Silent Bob, which was pretty funny and almost ties into the movie of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, as Wes Craven makes a cameo appearance in their movie. As I mentioned before Parker Posey was excellent. Seeing Jamie Kennedy for a brief moment giving this movie the comic relief it so desperatly needed. The final battle between Sid and the villian was also well played out. What kept this movie from becoming a borefest was the quick murders of the characters. It went at a brisk pace to keep the action and the flow of the movie going. But really an all around disappointing movie.
