Rating:6/10 I was actually expecting a lot more from this movie than what I got. Now, I'm not saying I didn't like it, because I really enjoyed this. I was even suprised that Ashton Kutcher could really pull off a role like this, even though I must've forgotten about The Butterfly Effect. But he was still good. Kevin Costner shows that he can still do a good acting job as well. The relationships between the characters and the chemistry that all the actors had together felt very realistic. The story was alright. We've seen this a million times though. This could've even been a plot for a sports story or any other kind of buddy action or drama. So there is nothing new story wise. But the actions scenes were quite fantastic. I could never imagine anyone actually doing this sort of thing for a living, but there are people who are brave enough to rescue people in these sorts of situations. Just amazing. The love story with Kutcher and Melissa Sagemiller really felt like it was tacked on and added absolutely nothing to the story. Those scenes felt too stiff and just didn't belong. Very entertaining and quite action packed, I would recommend this, even though it was a little long and the love story just did not belong in this movie.
