This is one of the best westerns I have ever seen.  The story and the acting was amazing.  The only thing I didn't care for was the overusage of the music.  That one little clip was so annoying.  It was really distracting.  The one thing this movie does really well is creating moods.  Even though this movie is long, there is not one wasted scene with this.  The ending was amazing.  I like how it was set up to be a gun battle between the three people involved and it was really cool on how it ended.  There was also a lot of good humor between Eastwood and Wallach.  I found myself chuckling several times during their conversations.  The Good, The Bad and the Ugly is a very satisfying western that does deserve its rightly place as one of the best westerns ever.  Go and check this film out.  It is worth it.
