A group of people are trapped in a large West Berlin movie theater infected by ravenous demons whom proceed to kill and posses the humans one-by-one thereby multiplying their numbers.
Rating:6/10 Just so that you have been warned, this is one gory movie. I wouldn't want to be eating anything while watching this. The effects were simple and you could see how phony they were, but still. If you have a decent imagination, then it will turn your stomach a bit. But this is how Italian horror films are made though, so if you like splatterfest type movies, this is for you. The man who made this movie, Dario Argento, is known for having a more complicated story though. This was more or less a mindless movie, that really didn't have a whole lot of character depth. It just introduced you to the characters quick enough, so that you kind of knew who they were when they were getting themselves killed, This movie plays out more like a zombie movie than anything. It also has some tension filled scenes as well, but some of the scenes are ridiculous. Especially towards the end, when our heroes are riding in the theater on a motorcycle killing demons. To see it, you would then believe how bad it looked. If you can get past the gore though, this isn't a bad little horror movie though.
