A man decides to turn his moribund life around by winning back his ex-girlfriend, reconciling his relationship with his mother, and dealing with an entire community that has returned from the dead to eat the living.
Rating:10/10 Not only is this one of the best zombie movies of all time, but one of the best movies I have ever seen. It is very clever, sweet, nasty and horrific at the same time. This is a movie in which you don't have to be a horror fan to really enjoy. There are tons of comedic element involved which found me laughing out loud several times. The acting is so good here and the movie switches gears frantically from going to comedy, to horror, to drama. The part where Shaun find out that his mother was bitten by a zombie was quite heartbreaking. I was shocked at6 how well that scene played out and how unpredictable it was given the way the movie was flowing. This movie is going to be one of those cult classics that should be able to run with movies like Evil Dead, Night of the Living Dead, among others.
