This was a horrible script that had tons of potential.  The problem is when there is a possiblity of potential, there is a chance that it might not be realized.  And that was the case with this movie.  The first half of the movie did keep me interested though, even though it was a bit slow and the acting wasn't great.  But when the second half of the movie kicked in, logic did not.  People were purposely and constantly splitting up.  Hello!  McFly!  When you know that there is a creature out there just murdering people very badly, you would like to think you would take your chance of ganging up on him(in this case, her).  These people were constantly splitting up and kept getting killed.  Annoying!  And that parrot.  What the...?  The parrot belongs in cartoons, not in a horror movie.  That made this movie even worse.  I was hoping the creature would have eaten the bird in front of the heroine and she would have lost it.  The acting all the way around was pretty bad.  This was just a plain ole stinker.  Skip it!
