Legend tells of three magic diamonds that, if in the wrong hands, can be united to create a force powerful enough to freeze the sun. When the evil sorcerer Zeebad escapes from his ancient prison, he vows to exact revenge by deep-freezing the earth forever. Determined to save the world, a fellowship of four unlikely heroes band together to foil Zeebad's villainous plot. Led by the candy-loving mutt Doogal, friends Dylan, Brian, and Ermintrude all embark on an epic adventure to save the world.
Rating:4/10 This movie is just strictly for kids. The begining action sequence that started the movie was well done and got me into watching it. But the problem with this movie was that there were so many pop culture references that it made me sick. It would've been cuter if they didn't have any pop culture references at all. Iy just shows me that lack of imagination from the minds of the people who wrote this. Doogal was so annoying. The kid who did his voice just didn't sound right for the part. Alot of the people involved were not right for their parts. The moose(Kevin Smith from the Clerks movies) was kind of funny with the fart jokes(can't go wrong with fart jokes), and Ian McKellen was right for his part as well. I thought that this was going to be a cute movie, but I was highly disappointed. Just something for the kids and try to ignore the best you can.
