Tamara, an unattractive girl, who is picked on by her peers returns after her death as a sexy seductress to exact revenge.
Rating:6/10 Before this movie was released on DVD, I heard a lot of negative things about this movie. But it really wasn't as bad as it was made out to be. The tone of the movie really sets this movie off as to which direction this goes. The problem is, as good as this scene was(as it should be in the film), you really knew what was happening. I really felt bad for the main character, played by Jenna Dewan. It really goes to show that she did a pretty good job. Some of the acting was prety good, but the two football jocks who really start the problem, were very horrible actors. I really hope we don't see them in any other movies. There was some great chemistry between Tamara and her English teacher(I can't remember his name right now, but he also did a great job). The problem with Tamara is that it is a poor man's Carrie, or better yet it could actually pass for something like Carrie 3. This movie doesn't show us anything new, is very predictable and really loses steam, when a horror movie should be climaxing. It is worth a rent though, because it is much better than several of the teenage horror movies available.
