For all the dramatic garbage that went into this film, it is still and enjoyable movie to watch.  Is it as fun as the other two?  Not at all.  But the action sequences are cool looking.  The acting was alright as well.  I loved it when Topher Grace and Thomas Haden Church were on screen.  It was good seeing those guys doing something again.  The love triangle was a bit annoying and was taking too much screentime, and that dance scene.  As good as it looked, it had no place in this movie.  And Peter was more dorky than creepy when he was being emo.  I just had to laugh because Tobey Maguire looked very uncomfortable doing that.  He did not look right acting like that at all.  The final fight scene was filled with tension, but at times the CGI was taking away from it a bit.  It looked more cartoony than anything.  But still, this was probably better than several of the comic book movies available today.
