Utterly brilliant.  That is all I can say about this movie.  If you are a fan of Shaun of the Dead, you will love this comedic satire of action movies.  While I was watching this, I was thinking that this was actually kind of a stupid movie, but then there is a turning point in which this movie makes you realize that you were set up.  I was flabbergasted when you find out who the real killer is in this movie.  The chase scenes between Simon Pegg and the killer were awesome.  No matter what I was thinking of this movie at that point, I was very impressed by the chase scenes, especially when everyone was on foot.  The revelation of the killer really blew me away.  It was not what I was expecting and Nick Frost gave a great performance as well as Simon Pegg.  Actually the entire cast was excellent.  Here is a little piece of trivia for you.  Peter Jackson and Cate Blanchett both had very small roles in this movie.  There was even some excellent gore that almost reminded me more of a horrro movie than an action movie.  There were some very funny scenes to help me get through for awhile, but I felt as if I was set up.  And it was brilliantly done.  It looked as if everyone was having a lot of fun with their roles as well, especially Timothy Dalton.  This movie flows very well and the pacing of the movie was quick.  I didn't realize how late it was when I got done watching this.  If you get a chance to watch this, take advantage.  This is the best movie I've watched on 2007 for sure.
