This is a rather strange and interesting version of the Wizard of Oz, based on the stage musical, which used the same exact costumes from the musical.  It does have its charm and is rather fun to watch.  When I was watching Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the donkey and the cow clinging to the hay bale, I saw something very strange.  I know the cow was supposed to be scared because there was a tornado coming, but it looked as if the cow was kind of humping the hay.  Very strange to watch, but it is fun and interesting.
