When on when will I ever learn that cool video games will not make good movies, even if they have cool looking trailers to support them?  Obviously for me, never.  Hitman though, jumps right into the story without wasting time on the back story, even though we do get bits and pieces of it through out.   The so called love interest of Agent 47 was also a bit awkward to watch as it did not feel right having that in the movie.  Timothy Olyphant was a complete and pleasant suprise as Agent 47.  Especially the lack of emotion that Agent 47 portrays towards the female lead.  He also came across very convincingly as the cold blooded killer when he needed to be.  Hit man is a very violent movie and even thought some of the action scenes were very unrealistic, those scenes were still kind of cool to watch.  At least this wasn't directed by Uwe Boll.
