Nothing special here.  The only thing memorable here is the soundtrack with Robert Palmer, Billy Idol among others.  The plot is nothing new.  It is almost like The Crow with no foul language or intense violence.  The characters were pretty shallow and had no real depth.  Clint Howard has no reason for being in this movie. He was way too annoying and didn't look like he could fit in.  It just didn't look like there was much of an effort put into this.  The first car race scene was cool but after that, it was repetitive.  Just a bad cheesy eighties effort.
