A group of people hide from bloodthirsty zombies in a farmhouse.
Rating:10/10 One of the most influential horror movies of all time. I remember watching this as a kid, and it scared the hell out of me. I still have nightmares to this day, because of this movie. This movie does a great job of shocking and frightening people. The horror of this movie is depicted not in blood and gore, but in the realism of the death scenes. This film had many great perfomances, especially by Duane Jones who played the role of Ben. The actors and director, George Romero, keep a sense of dread going through out the film. The human drama also adds a touch of horror to this movie as well. This is a movie for students who are looking at making a movie on a shoe string budget as well as Evil Dead. These two movies are the epitome of classic horror. A must see!
