This movie was kind of a blahish type movie for me.  I was kind of excited about the cast, as  haven't seen any of these people in a whole lot of movies anymore.  This was the last movie before Christopher Reeve had his accident.  There was a lot of interesting little things to this movie, but really it was nothing that special.  The death scenes were nothing spectacular, which we are not used to seeing from John Carpenter.  I really enjoyed Christopher Reeve as the tragic hero in this movie as well as the rest of the cast.  They all did a decent job with their characters.  Some of the kids were pretty creepy especially the little girl Mara.  She just had that look.  This kind of reminds me of an episode of the Twilight Zone here.  But this is an average movie, nothing really to get excited about.
