Steptoe and Son Rides Again is a little bit better of an effort than the previous movie before it, Steptoe and Son.  This movie made more of an effort to be comedic, which is really why anyone is watching these movies.  But the are problems though with this.  This story takes way too long to develop and at times gets a little boring.  Again, it felt like an episode that went way too long.  The acting was pretty decent and the acting that the dog did was pretty good as well, especially his reaction to the cougar head when he is trying on different glasses.  Funny stuff.  Also some decent moments when Albert and the dog are interacting.  The humor is quite a bit more darker than the last one.  The acting all the way around was pretty strong, and the doctor who was checking out the "death" of Albert was hilarious.  Really a much better movie than its predecessor and worth the check even thought the story didn't flow as good as it should have.
