Rating:3/10 What a poorly marketed movie. When you are expecting a supernatural thriller and you get more of a mystery with no supernatural theme or element at all, it is disapointing. I was looking forward to this, becuae I thought I was going to get a decent ghost story, but I was wrong. the story wasn't even that good or original for that matter. Pretty bad acting here. Quaid and Stone were horrible. Denis Quaid comes acorss very bored and Sharon Stone was overacting so badly that anybody else would've been an upgrade. Stephen Dorff though does come across very menacing, unbalanced yet sympathetic. Everyone else though was a cookie cutter character. This movie is also by the numbers predictable. One thing though. Snakes have great timing in attacking the family. They must've set their watches to synchronize their attack on the family. This is just so painfully boring, see something else.
