Rating:8/10 The first time I ever watched Tremors, it reminded me of watching those late night creature feature movies. They were kind of lighthearted and fun to watch. If this movie would have taken itself too seriously, this wouldn't have been so much fun to watch and would have been kind of stupid. One of the most noticeable things about Tremors was the great chemistry that Kevin Bacon and Fred Ward had. There performances were the heart of this movie. They had a great deal of humor playing off each other. They also played well off of Robert Jayne(Melvin) and Victor Wong(shopkeeper). This also had plenty of action to this as well. Especially the last forty five minutes of it. The last forty five minutes were prety much non stop action, while the first half of the movie set it up. The movie wasn't all that scary but it was thrilling and kept me on the edge of my seat. The worms were pretty cool and very convincing. The point of view shots were also pretty convincing as well. The fight scene between one of the worms and Micheal Gross and Reba McEntire was pretty fun to watch. Speaking of this two, they also had a very good chemistry together. All the characters were writter pretty well, as they didn't so something stupid for the sake of a body count. If you hjaven't seen this yet, rent it and don't be suprised if you find yourself buying it some day.
