A stray dog saves two kidnapped children.
Rating:6/10 I remember when I got to watch Benji when I was younger. That movie made as big impression on me. I had to get a dog. And we ended up with Tiny. If you could have seen all the things that Tiny could've done, you would've said not a bad substitute. But I digress. Thsi is an excellent move for the kids. No foul language. Not violent except for one scene. The bad guys get their just rewards. This didn't seem like a ambitious movie to be made. The acting wasn't all that great. The story was kind of weak and nothing run of the mill. But this was a great one for the younger kids. I loved it when I was a kid. It was all possible by a lovable pooch called Benji. Benji was probably the best actor in the whole film. His reactions and his expressions made it very easily to relate to him, while everyone else was kind of stiff and flat. I always liked the interaction that Benji had when he was running the neighborhood and iteracting with other humans. Here is a quick little piece of trivia. Benji was the dog on the show Petticoat Junction. Anyway, show this movie to your kids. I'm sure they'll love it.
