The life and career of the legendary popular music pianist, Ray Charles.
Rating:8/10 Oh did I ever enjoy this. Jamie Foxx gave an amzing performance as Ray Charles. The rest of the cast was pretty good, but Jamie foxx was amazing. I just loved listening to that music. It really brought back some great memories. Ray has all the elements to make this movie real and interesting. The movie does have a lot of cliches and the ending was pretty cheesy. But there were many sad moments in this film as well, such as his brother dying. It is very interesting to see how Ray came up with all this songs. I wished I could've seen Ray Charles perform when he was in Green Bay, because that was one of his last performances and because of personal problems and my job I couldn't go. But this is a very inspiring movie, just like Walk the Line. Even though the music is different, the films are the same and are both very enjoyable, as I loved watching them both.
