Talk about a flawed movie.  Let's start with the location.  When the last movie ended, the mummy took the girl and walked into quicksand in Massachusetts.  Twenty five years later, the mummy and Ananka are found buried in a swamp in the bayou in Louisiana.  Hmmm.  Well that is all that I have to say about that.  At least they kept the myths about the mummy the same.  Oh yeah, by the way, what is a mummy movie without footage from the movies before to explain the past of the mummy.  Princess Ananka sure looked good after being buried for twnety five years didn't she.  Besides didn't she age into an old hag at the end of the last movie.  Another problem is, is that there is nothing new brought to the table with this.  At least in the last movie, it had an excellent ending.  There were nothing new and the movie clocked in at sixty two minutes.  The acting was nothing great and even though Chaney was brought back as the mummy, he seemed kind of bored with the whole thing.  The worst of the series and a waste of time.
