Freddy Krueger returns once again to terrorize the dreams of the remaining Dream Warriors, as well as those of a young woman who may know the way to defeat him for good.
Rating:3/10 A truly truly disappointing entry in the Nightmare series. It started off decent enough with Freddy going after the survivors of the last movie. But Patricia Arquette wasn't in this, so they went with someone with quite a bit less talent, Tuesday Knight. It was good seing the other two from the last movie, as they still had a decent chemistry together for their short stint in the movie. Robert Englund was very good as well, but not as creepy. He actually became more of the antihero. The rest of the acting was terrible. And was it me, or did this movie had the feel of a music video? That got annoying fast. I still couldn't get over how bad the cast was. There wasn't much of a story involved, it seemed more of a retread of the last movie, except with different characters. There were still some funny one liners from freddy though, but it is too bad he is known more for his humor that his horror, especially from part one and three. This has one of the worst endings that I have seen in the series so far. Very lame and a very bad idea.
