For such a silly movie, this had quite a wonderful cast. If you are a true movie buff, you will recognize many of the stars that are in this one. John Barrymore, from It's a Wonderful Life, Margaret Hamilton, the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz, and Shemp Howard, from the Three Stooges, were great along with the rest of the cast as it was kind of fun to watch all these people working together in this slapstick comedy that was also a bit of an adventure movie as well. This was a horrible follow up to the Invisible Man franchise, with a bit of a bad script as well. There were times when I did get quite a chuckle out of this. As a matter of fact, Charles Ruggles as the butler really stole the show from several heavyweight actors. Nothing special here but it was different. The lead character did not go mad, the invisibility lasted for only a short time, and there was more humor than horror. Kind of fun to watch, but nothing overly great.
