When I was a kid, I did not like the Tarzan movies.  I thought they were stupid and I just didn't get them.  I just thought the story was stupid and it was a horrible movie.  Now that I am older though, I have a new appreciation for these movies.  Sure, this is far from perfect and there were a lot of technical flaws in this.  Such as the stock footage used in the background.  That was way too obivious and it looked silly.  Tarzan's yell seemed to come at innappropriate times.  Watching this, I found myself laughing pretty hard when Tarzan was swimming with his head under water and he was doing the Tarzan yell perfectly.  No gurgling, just a perfect yell.  But this still had some fun action and the interaction with Cheetah was pretty cool as well.  There was even no bad dialogue as "Me Tarzan, You Jane".  It was "Jane.  And you?"  "Tarzan"  And that exchange was funny because everytime he said his name he started punching her in the chest as if he was with one of the guys.  A really entertaining movie and a fun watch.  I really can't wait to see what the rest of the series brings.
