Rating:3/10 Well, there were some improvements, but what was improved wasn't helped by the things that took a nosedive. Most of the technical apects of this film were a much much better. The camera work was better. The lighting was such an improvement. But the acting was more atrocious I believe this time around than the first. The man who played the father was one of the worst actors I have ever seen. I wanted someone to slap him somehow, it didn't matter. Someone help this man. Everyone else's performances were much better than his, but still very wooden. There just wasn't much emotion involved in this. The story was not an improvement at all either. It was pretty bad. It almost felt like a something that was ripped off from Donnie Darko in a way. The movie was still boring and really didn't have any scenes to pick up the pace like. The last one had at least one scene like that anyway. You know, you should just stay away from these movies. Hopefully, there won't be a third.
